Management Restructure Consultation of Educational & Social Work Services
The Moray Council are currently consulting on the management restructure of the Education and Social Care department.
The department was created in April 2011 as a result of joining Educational Services and Social Work Services under one director.
The consultation seeks the views of members of the public, service users and partner organisations locally to inform the future management structure of the department.
The proposal includes significant savings from management costs and additionally some reinvestment of resources to support front line services. The aim of the restructure is to ensure that services provided by the department are more customer focussed, efficient and cost effective.
